Our company is strategically located in Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province, China - known as the "faucet production base" and "hardware bathroom production base". Situated in Shuikou Town, Kaiping City, our facility spans over 6,000 square meters and boasts a dedicated team of more than 60 professionals. Selection of raw materials：
We meticulously select high-quality zinc alloy raw materials to ensure their compliance with international standards. Prior to entering the factory, each batch of raw materials undergoes a series of testing procedures including chemical composition analysis and mechanical performance testing, guaranteeing that product quality is controlled from the source. 
 
The process and manufacturing：
We employ advanced CNC machine tools for precise machining; enabling us to achieve single molding of complex shaped parts with high precision positioning and stable repeatability. Our polishing workshop is equipped with automatic production lines featuring linear automatic polishing machines, smoothing machines, and automatic sanding machines. We utilize superior polishing materials for fine grinding of the product's surface, resulting in a smooth and delicate finish. 
 
Performance evaluation：
Following polishing, all products undergo comprehensive inspection in a dedicated quality assessment area where inspectors meticulously examine every detail. Only fully qualified parts proceed to the next stage of processing.
To enhance corrosion resistance and aesthetic appeal, we employ various electroplating techniques for our products. The electroplated objects are subjected to rigorous quality assessments which include regular appearance inspections as well as performance verifications such as salt spray tests and adhesion tests ensuring that not only does the plating layer appear beautiful but also possesses sufficient durability.
 
The process of packing and transportation：
For products requiring assembly, we have implemented a specialized assembly line staffed by experienced workers who adhere strictly to operating procedures ensuring that every step in the assembly process meets standard requirements. We utilize shock-absorbent cushioning to securely package our products, ensuring their integrity throughout the transportation process.
