The standard production process of zinc alloy die -casting products
1. Design and mold preparation
Design phase: determine the final design plan according to customer needs or product purposes. When designing, it is necessary to consider factors such as material characteristics, structural strength, and subsequent processing needs.
Mold development: Make molds based on design schemes. This process includes steps such as CAD/CAM design and CNC machine tool processing to ensure the accuracy and durability of the mold. High -quality molds are the basis for ensuring product quality.
2. Material selection and pre -processing
Material selection: It usually uses zinc alloys with good liquidity and casting performance. According to the needs of the specific application field, zinc alloys composed of different proportions may be selected.
Following: Put the selected zinc alloy in a dedicated melting furnace to heated to liquid, and remove the gas impurities in it by removing gas to reduce the defects in the finished product.
3. Die cast forming
Injection: Injured the preheated mold to the die -casting machine, and then quickly inject the processed metal liquid into the inside of the mold cavity.
Cooling and curing: As the temperature decreases, the metal liquid will gradually solidify. In the process, controlling the cooling speed is very important for preventing cracks.
Remove the mold: After the product is completely cooled, open the mold and remove the casting from the mold. At this time, the rough parts that have not been processed without further processing are obtained.
4. Subsequent treatment
Remove Bond: Remove the extra material or irregular parts.
Surface treatment: Polish, spray paint, plating and other operations as needed to improve the appearance quality or increase the ability to corrosion corrosion.
Inspection packaging: Finally, a comprehensive inspection of the finished product to ensure that it meets the specifications and make appropriate packaging for transportation and storage.
5. Quality control
Throughout the production process, strict quality control measures are required, including raw material testing, inter -process inspection, and final finished product testing to ensure that each batch of products can meet consistent standards.
